PURCHASES MADE ONLINE:

Eligible for a return and refund if the customer reaches out via email within 5 days of receiving product. Items must be unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, and make-up free. Items must have all tags attached and intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be hand delivered OR postmarked within 7 days of delivery date.
